Yes it is but look at the small sells being used to keep it down. Certain people are trying to keep it down for a long time now. When the real buying begins you will not be able to get back in anywhere near these prices. Not much downside here but an awfull lot of upside to look at. Well worth the risk imo. I don't see anybody running for the hills here just some games being played by certain people for their own gains.
