Oh those pesky Details...
As far as Nascar goes well those folks are "loyal" and the most PATRIOTIC fans you will ever meet, I highly doubt they are interested in a product that is manufactured in CHINA while the competition like flowmaster,magnaflow and borla all are manufactured in the good ole USA!
1. Why does Aero hide who this China Manufacturer is? No Address, No Web Address, No Phone Number,No Name? Some folks here encourage "phone calls" to distributors and IR all the time but not to this manufacturer? What is Aero Hiding?
2. Why does Aero continue to employ a Gagged Transfer Agent and hide the current share structure from shareholders?
3. Why wont Aero produce tests of its product in reference to fuel mileage gains like they said they were going to do back in 2001?
4. Why has not Aero moved into its new facility in bluffdale? Whats the hold up? how many months has it been now?
5. Why wont Aero produce a list of real Aero dealers who actually have product on the shelves?
6. Why wont Aero file an 8K on the loan deal from Mr.Richard which gives Richards first charge on all of Aero's current and future assets? The SEC requires an 8K to be filed on Material events within 4 business days and Aero appears to have violated this SEC RULE, what is Aero Hiding?
7. Why wont Aero produce any RAW numbers on sales? they continue to put out fluff PR's in reference to sales and the earliest was in yesterdays PR stating an "order" from that distributor not a peep about how many mufflers? we have seen this type of hype from the company over and over only to see the company put out a filing stating sales were "flat"?
Investor confidence continues to decline because Aero continues to hide the details and the pps has reacted according, Dilution continues to drag the pps lower and lower here, what once was a pps in the .03 range not long ago inches closer and closer to rock bottom .0001 status, it wont be long until the company reverse splits the stock which will pretty much wipe out current shareholders as the pps will just retrace very quickly once again.
I can say with all honesty that this is one of the worst companies I have ever seen when it comes to communication with shareholders, the management appears to go out of its way to hide the details from shareholders as they put out fluff PR after fluff pr as the pps continues its downward spiral, the company has recentl put out PR's about 30,60 and even 90% sales growth over previous time frames but cant seem to produce any raw numbers on those sales? The reason is clear folks, the sales continue to be flat and those Percentage gains are very misleading, did they sell 3 mufflers during that previous time frame?
If and when they produce a filing on revenues look for more excuses,losses only to be followed up by some fluffy PR's!
There is nothing to indicate this stock is going anywhere ever, the fact that the company hides the details are huge red flags and those red flags from the beginning have been warranted, anyone who paid attention the red flags is probably not staring at 95% losses on their investments, those that ignored those red flags and trusted management has suffered massive losses and I anticipate that shareholders will never see long term shareholder value.
