Where do you think he got the money to set up IT? If I remember correctly, the little Mom and Pop lumber yard was broke. You said that yourself many times....
His credit to start up a new compnay couldn't have been good, remember he couldn't pay the rent (defaulted on the contract) in the new facility he rented out to expand the business....

Point is, he's as dirty of the rest of them, and just as much responsible for your $10,000 loss as the others.....
And you talk to him like he's your friend, that's the part I don't get......
