A few things to look at - there are links to all these together. Bare with me as I think there is a strong UK link outside of Ford being forged and potentially very useful.

1) MicroCab - launch - watch the SKY News section - WHY WOULD ITM be on the same NEWS?? Click on the SKY News at bottom right. I would expect news here !! See tie-up with Birmingham University mentioned. Target market is Local Authorities too. Electrolyser in tank needed. Ok - perhaps it's just to get the news out - but why not with AirProducts that had a filling point at Birmingham University sooner? http://www.microcab.co.uk/index.htm

2) AirProducts - Birmingham University - http://www.airproducts.co.uk/bulkgases/hydrogen_energysource.htm - MicroCab link - ITM link?

3) AirProducts H2 via "Green Sources" - green sourced H2 - sound like a potentia partner? They are supplying the Airproducts filling point - http://www.green-gases.com/index.htm

4) 100 miles mentioned again as a target - now ITM have electrolyser in tank and 100 mile target - "3. Microcab
Five hydrogen powered vehicles have been purchased by the University from Microcab Industries Limited. The Microcab is the product of entrepreneur John Jostins who visualised a small, urban vehicle with zero emissions suitable for use as a taxi or light freight carrier - the result is a vehicle powered by a hydrogen fuel cell, pollution free and virtually silent in operation. The only emission is water. It weighs 450kg (10081lbs) and has a maximum speed of 45kph (30mph) with a range, on a full hydrogen tank, of approximately 160km (100miles)."

There are other links I've found I don't have time to post them all up and to do with Sustainable Housing too.

£1Bn being spent between Warwick, Birmingham and Loughborough - centred on Loughborough - with Shell + others for H2.

What I stumbled across tells me Birmingham are barking up the wrong tree, AirProducts unit is not all it's cracked up to be and ITM have the solution for cost, purity, reliability etc and GREEN H2.

There are a lot of links that are not easy to find but ITM will be very busy.

Look at tank in MicroCab at end of this. Wouldn't it be good to have a "plug-in" with Electrolyser in the TANK.
