IPO will be on Hong Kong exchange. New entity is being created and incorporated outside of US, which will be parent of buzz and existing Buzz shares will be converted 1 for 1 to new entity shares. ADRs will be traded on US exchange to be determined, likely NASDAQ, and ADRs will represent a yet to be determined number of shares to meet minimum nasdaq price requirements. Outstanding shares will remain at 300M on Hong Kong Exchange.
