Do they bear some responsibility because they were on the board "yes". Dis they perpetuate the fraud, "No". Do they accept their responsibility and try to fix what has happened, "yes".

So your choice is for them all to resign?? Of course there is no one willing to walk into a company with the mess that Wall left, so the company's only choice would be to file for bankruptcy.

What a great businessman you are. Faced with the choice of bankrupting the company and leaving the shareholders and lenders with nothing, or rebuilding the company, your choice is to destroy and walk away!

Excuse me!! - doesn't that sound like a page out of Wall's playbook?

Can you offer any plan that could turn this company around without the current management team?? Can you "walk the talk"?
