NUBV just lacks the long staying power to move us up , head to head buys to sells keeps us at the same place I know currently

When something happens very positive enough I see the trading stop going in and out , and turn to in and hold add add add , then up we go.

With all thats going on I bet we get the positive staying power , and it looks to be set in motion .
