This is another part of the lack of communications from management. CEO Pineda indicated in an email posted on here that he "was sure" the stockholders would be pleased or happy. If we saw a straight exchange of shares at current market values, how would that make anyone happy? I can do that now, selling PGPM and buying ACLE...less commissions!

I'm cautiously optimistic, but then I was sure my OSU Buckeyes would win each of the last two BSC games, and you know what happened.
