OK, why the R/S? They had 2 choices, in veiw that they intend to raise capital to move forward. With Approx. 700M shares available, unless they raise the A/S they may have been able to raise between $25K to $50K. By doing the R/S they now have over a billion shares that can be sold for more than the .0001. Let's say out of the billion shares they sell 500M in order to keep control. 500M x .001=$5M. I used .001 because any accredited investor will only buy at a discount.

The problem for those of us holding shares is that it is now harder to make a profit here. Not to difficult for a stock to go from .0001 to .0008, that's an 800% increase. But at .01 in order to see the same increase we need to hit .08.

Which do you think is easier?

As far as uplisting, forget about it in the near term. It takes audited financial of at least 2 Q's, I haven't seen anything indicating that this company has any revenue, other than a figure on a website somewhere.

On the Initial filing with Pink SHeets, they stated they will be doing Private Placements over the next 12 months for capital. It never mentions anything about revenue.

The concept is good but what really matters is how far along they are not only in development but marketing and sales and how they implement the plan.
