if the rs was about sh pr im sure they wouldve done it at a higher price point ....which leads me to believe its to rectify the the sh balance discrepencies and yourright 1 /100 is not bad at all compared to the 1 for 2k,4k,10k (designed to eliminate existing shhlds)
