Grumps thats fine, I have the same and have no problem seeing the infomercial http://www.hamletgrove.us/infomercial you should see two Windows Media Screens when you click on the above link, once you do, click on the play button in the bottom left corners of the Windows Media Boxes and the infomercial should play like it is doing for me as I type.
Matter of fact, if you click on both of the play bottons, both screens will play.
