Delay of 2-3 weeks is OK, but they haven't even started. No plant, no process, no product, no agreements for distribution and retail. That takes 6-12 months starting today. If the PR is a licensing agreement with a credible known entity ... THAT WOULD BE POWERFUL; HOWEVER, I doubt it.
