Well understand we don't know where the value is. We don't know how much the company has and that should be disclosed shortly. But technically they only have to pay you what you currently are worth. Now is that to say they will, no because if they don't do right by us future investors will see that they did not treat there stockholders well so why invest. also understand that the board owns allot of the PGPM shares so they would like something from this merger to, so they should not screw us in the long run.
