You are absolutely right on the restricted becoming part of the float soon. I think that was a smart and savvy move on part of Steve to start tackling the biggest problem at hand, i.e. float increases. Jmho, now he is going to focus on float reductions and more revenue generating news. We can connect the dots to penny land.

I consider his plan to be smart and practical, i.e., spend little $$$ and get the most bang for the buck. Way to go Steve. Keep up the good work
