All the things you mentioned are true, and I agree. The one thing I disagree with you on is that Imo buybacks need to happen NOW to minimize the company's cost in reducing the float (which is critical in higher long & short term pps). Ideally I would like the float to be under 1 billion (will still be happy with 1.5 billion).
Just think about it, the smaller the float is now, the better the news gets on the revenue side in coming weeks, the sooner the chances of hitting pennyland easily. I believe a few good military/sports contracts would take us to pennyland. We still would need to reduce the float by at least 50% to sustain the pps, this is all my opinion only.
