The Goat has always been an undervalued, and under appreciated fauna throughout human history. The Greeks understood the advantages of Goats, and thus we have goat cheese salads.

Much like Venison is considered a delicacy, you will soon find the top Chefs around the world seeking to use Goat meat in various dishes.

I myself, am bored of the same old Chicken - Duck - Beef - Pork dishes you find at most restaurants, and would like to see something new. Filet of Goat, Roast Goat with Garlic Potatoes, Goat Cordon Bleu...

The possibilities for Goat meat are endless, and it just will take one visionary to see the potential and start a whole new trend in fine dining, fast food, and general consumption.

BLDV may be on the cusp of this movement.
