It has nothing to do with the statements that have been made regarding the O/S the last two or three weeks.

The statements that have been made had no basis in fact, and have been completely misrepresenting what has taken place.

Statements to the effect that the O/S has been steadily and consistantly been increasing day-after-day, week-after-week, month-after-month for the last year or so. Statements made to insinuate that somehow, despite SEVERAL RECENT PRs that state to the contrary, that Hemi, or it's officers, or MM representatives on their behalf, have been dumping shares and increasing the O/S.

None of this has any basis in fact, and runs completely contrary to legal statements that have been published by the company.

Obviously with any stock the share structure is something that should be inspected and monitored in a reasonable way. Of course, it can be an indicator if something is going on that is undesirable with a company. Often it can be an indicator of severe dilution and we all know that pink sheet stocks often exhibit these traits. BUT NOT ALL. A majority doesn't make it fair to paint ALL with the same brush.

I stand by my opinion statement that Hemi has handled shares responsibly. My beef is against the disinformation being spread recently. The FACTS are what they are, and people can at least draw their own conclusions to their own benefit if they have FACTS, as opposed to having a barage of baloney being repeatedly lobbed at them.
