My reasoning here would be that he wouldn't have voting rights on the preferred shares. Jared however would make somekind of profit on a quarterly basis off of dividends from the preferred vs the common shares. Is there anyway to find out how many common shares Jared and Kisler have? I have been looking and haven't had any luck, but I'm pretty sure since they are pink they don't have to disclose this info.
