Todays ERHC news is a diversion.
ERHC sell price is to high.



After long thought on how this PR could even remotely be considered a "diversion"....a fellow shareholder projected this thought:

What if...if....if....ERHC is currently in negotiations with their EEZ interests with a "capable" company. After all, Sao Tome is planning on auctioning the EEZ in 2009 which means our blocks will be determined prior to the auction. Did we hear that blocks 5 and 6 would be re-auctioned this year? Didn't the JMC tell us at the conclusion of their 7/08 meeting in Sao Tome that another meeting would take place in 9/08 in Nigeria?


Diversion: All eyes focused on whether or not our JDZ block 5 & 6 interests are solid....all whilst ERHC is teaming up with a partner to operate and explore these same blocks with the same team that will operate ERHC's STP EEZ blocks. Diversion. Attention sent in one direction while actions are being taken in another direction. Sure seemed Dan Keeney was calm cool and collected in regards to our interests in blocks 5 and 6. No big deal message sent by him.


Next we have this clear message sent by Sfreed back in April of this year:

"There have always been rumors about the interest level of Petrobras in the JDZ. I think we can elevate the rumor to fact."



Hmmmm...the same team that STP's President Menendez thinks is Gods gift to their country's oil exploration. Has there been any press about Petrobras interest in this region???? Yes!

Lastly, we have Oilphants last posted message which states,

Hmmmm...the NPS300. Very technical. Very scientific stuff. Isn't 3D and 4D quite technical??? Who's on the cutting edge in the oil industry when it comes to technology and advanced ability? What about Gods gift.....i.e. Petrobras????

Or...was oilphants last post regarding the NPS300 simply alluding to #2 below from my last post and not directed at a specific co or deal????? Maybe, just maybe, SEO's price was too high (as oily stated) and clarification of assets will be made?

Projections of future changed in reference to the post I am replying to (dot connecting speculations only).

1. First PR of ROO for Q4 08 to be made this month (Sept).
2. Then report of recoverable JDZ Oil numbers made public.
3. Then drilling to begin as early as the middle of October 08.
4. Then first news of discovery in B-4 Kina prospect in first 1/2 November 08.
5. Then repurchase of property.
6. Then buy-in by a "capable" oil company and filling of vacant officer positions.
7. Then drilling in Bomu prospect in Block 2 last 1/2 of Nov 08.
8. Then first news of discovery in Bomu in middle of December 08.
9. Then listing on NYSE in June 09 under new name/symbol.


Somewhere within the above projections news of new acquisition will be made with new subsidiary of company.


As noted above, all is dot connecting/speculation. IMHO, the white knuckled grips on the shares (i.e. low trading volume) is for good reason......THE FUN IS ABOUT TO BEGIN.
