Scottrade does that all the time. If a stock all of a sudden has a volume spike they will restrict it. They claim it's for OUR safety!!!! You can still trade it you just have to call in to buy and they give you the internet rate. In a couple days the restriction is usually lifted.

I love how these guys dictate how we spend OUR money. Saying it's for our protection is a crock but nothing you can do about it.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
