Surf,i believe the buyback is going on,the reason i say this is that i am only seeing one trade in pretty big blocks,normally you will see a sell then a buy,or vice versa,with that said being business minded like wayne and company is he would want to buy back at the lowest price the up to 100 million shares,like the pr states.Also with all this news,updates,press releases,up coming events,expo's,2 FDA apllications awaiting for approval,on going clinical trials any day now to HIT THE FAN.I am sure wayne would want to get this done a.s.a.p.imho glta
