I would disagree with Badge on a lot of his posts. But he is likely pretty close on this one. Regardless of what some posters on the board like to think, Keith is not happy at having honest shareholders riding this out with such a low pps. Another reason he has to be upset is that your math is probably pretty close as well. He and others are not wanting to make meager salaries much longer. They want their payday as much as we do.....likely even more.

We will see some action taken against the manipulation. The tactics by some have been successful in bringing down the pps despite growth over the past year. But that will change. Keith and management are working hard to grow the company and make it an attractive buyout (or a successful money making O&G company with more transparency).
