I would say the appropriate word for the SEC's claim would be "collusion". It appears they have the proof from Merrill Lynch...unless of course ML is attached at the hip with the evil doers of the world, which I am sure is the case if one was able to access a certain other message board.

Curious to know how this could be a "play court" though...REAL federal judge...REAL attorneys...REAL evidentiary material presented by REAL witnesses...and a REAL verdict handed down.

Sure doesn't look good...but of course the trap has now been set, and Rufus has them right where he wants them. Remember....WE ARE GOLDEN. lololol
