Well, it has been two months since my last post and the things I had been told were to happen have not come to fruition. This leads me to alter my position a bit as I now have some questions about the leadership of this company.

First off, they are late in many filings and these were supposed to have been updated are not done. They were to have been done long ago.

Also, the purchase of the "radiation company" is on hold at best. By mutual agreement, the transaction has been delayed. As for the number of shares outstanding, a friend of mine called the company a couple of months back and was told the number of outstanding shares was "around 100 million". I have been told the number is "not substantially larger" than the published 63 million. In my book, 70% larger is substantial.

This company does have potential, but not until management understands they have an obligation to shareholders and comply with regulations.
