Gatlin Acquisition Targets Cancer, AIDS, and Arthritis

KALAMAZOO, Mich., Feb 13, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Gatlin Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GTNH) has completed a share exchange agreement which will make Hard-to-Treat-Diseases (HTTD) a wholly owned subsidiary. HTTD holds the international marketing rights to Tubercin, a patented immunostimulant developed for combating Cancer, AIDS and Rheumatoid Arthritis. A medical patent (US Patent 6,274,356) was issued to Dr. Tai-Ho Chung of Kyungpook National University Medical School, Taegu, Korea. Dr. Chung is an internationally respected immunologist and a World Health Organization Director.

For the last 17 years, Dr. Chung's research in Korea has shown promising results for Tubercin against many types of cancer, AIDS and rheumatoid arthritis (including stage three and four cancers); and Dr. Chung has also discovered that Tubercin may provide excellent pain management properties. HTTD and Gatlin are ready to begin testing in the US with the goal of submitting the product to the FDA for approval to be distributed in the United States. Because of its low cost of production, Tubercin will be attractive to countries throughout the world.

Gatlin Holdings, Inc. is an opportunistic business specializing in the acquisition of entrepreneurial companies in need of infrastructure, funding, and public relations services. Gatlin's goal is to selectively acquire all types of companies and help them establish financial stability based upon sound business practices. Gatlin believes that this strategy will provide the greatest value for its shareholders. Gatlin plans to make its acquired companies "stand-alone" reporting companies, requiring each to report its activities through SEC filings while filing consolidated reports through its own SEC filings.
