Serious question? How does a company with over 3 billion shares in the float raise capital to do mergers or operate?Ask yourselves would you invest a large sum of money into a company with billions outstanding and shareholders that would sell their 0.000 shares as fast as the stock could move up?Frank Manzo sounds like a sincere man from what i've read and gather from reading this thread. But sincerity and reality should not be confused when we're talking about pink sheet entities involved in mergers and funding for those mergers.
The point I'm making is.Where is the currency coming from to execute a merger?Mergers are not free, someone has to pay for legal, accounting, etc etc and for the asset itself? Not at all bashing because I think the reality is Frank is stuck between a hurricane and a tornado. That's why the silence from the company.
