Everyone here feels the frustration as we are at new lows, so everyone is underwater..

Being in pinkyland, just about everything you can imagine can be manipulated BUT there are things which cannot… One of them being the TA...

If the transfer agent says the O/S is 36.5M then the O/S is 36.5M… If the company was going to issue shares for dilution, they would have to contact the TA to issue the certs, thus the numbers would be updated… This has not been the case and the numbers are not changing as per numerous board members...
