If you read the 10Q, you'd have known that the A/S increase was needed to fulfill the contractual obligations with the debenture holders. The two reasons for the violent price drop in the end of June and again the last 3 weeks is because apparently there seems to be a TOXIC debenture holder manipulating the stock downwards to benefit themselves on conversion. In June they converted and exhausted the rest of the companies remaining A/S position, which is why the O/S went from 29 million to 250 million. Since the release of the 10Q, the stock was naked shorted to where we reached yesterday and another CD holder chose again to convert at these low share prices. The stock did not drop due to company performance issues, in fact the company has reported 7 straight months of increased production and revenues, look at the last months facts, you'll find a decent 10Q and 2 very highly positive PR's in regards to production increases.
