It's plain and simple JJ. I have been here for one sole purpose and that is to forewarn and forearm. Nickolas got me and a bunch of fellow investors in 2003 and wherever he raises his head I am there to bloody his nose and forewarn new investors. With the hope, they will ponder the words, do their homework and make informed choices with their investments so he doesn't dupe others. I am in the industry and this guys name is mud. He can't do business with supply chain unless it is cash in advance. Some won't do business at all as he owes 100s of thousands in unpaid bills.
