They need to be held accountable for the past 9 months of chaos and deceipt. Anything short of the deliverable is inexcusable. In a real company the like Coke or Pepsi, to miss a launch costs you your job. A missed launch, with merchandising agreements in place costs you tons of dough. You pay anyway!!! The next window is months away - IMO - if ever. The later is most likely.
