Proponents of any class action shake your head
NUBV is a LLC... LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
ANY Class Action will take years upon years indeed if it ever sees the light of day. If you seriously think your chances are that good at getting ANY ROI through company litigation the originators of the suit have already stated the after me your first priority because they (supposedly) have lodged against NUBV already. Some even claim they have been waiting five years ALREADY!!!
Disingenuous intentions are not looking out for your welfare only there own. To torpedo this company at all costs is the objective organized by competitive name brands determined to see NUBV fail. In fact at least one negativo has already clearly stated his position in that regard!
A class action IMO would ultimately be a colossal waste of YOUR time effort and money. Not to mention you would inadvertently seal the fate of this company's efforts for success in a negative outcome. Exactly what the architects of deception (bashers) want in the first place. How logical is that? ...think about it class action is not a viable alternative IMO. It's simply more negativo rhetoric months before the company's objectives are set.
Hold or fold these are your real options, any successful litigation against a restructuring LLC is a pipe dream at best. Folding before the company plans have time to succeed is the real reasons why the daggers are out for this company. Generate enough negative sentiment against NUBV's restructuring, that is the true objective of this litigation gag you see before you.
I for one am not buying it.
