and clearly the paper trail on the Nevada SOS notes recent change:

Makes me think all Assets were transferred out of
Nashville Records Inc.
to
Nashville Records LLC.
then the Shell was sold to WLTK. Now this is Just My Opinion
Maybe someone with more Knowledge about this kinda thing would be willing to share.
