Trying to find some good out of this Reverse Merger but can not. They could have left the Record business under the Nashville Records banner, then splin of Trimark and QuestPay into a shell as their own company. But to put the record portion and the others under the banner of a medical company, MAKE NO SENSE AT ALL.
Cannot find one good thing out of this.
