Mr. Martinez,

Thank you again in advance for taking your time to respond. I would like to know if you could answer the following questions:

1: Some share holders are having problems buying through their brokers, the brokers say that the NSCC has PNHL on a list to prevent buy's only allowing sell's, can you explain this?
Who is the NSCC?
For some reason a lot of the bigger Brokers do not like to deal with "small cap" companies so I reccomend a personbroker you can talk to and not to do your trading online. Usually you can call the broker directly and they will trade for you. I would look for a broker that deals with pink sheet companies

2: How as an investor can we help increase our pps?
SPREAD THE WORD! Get online use investerub.com and post a blog about PNHL. There are many investor blogs out there that talk about different stocks.

3: What is the best way to communicate with the company, it seems they will not respond to any direct e-mails?
The best way to communicate is about the PUBLIC side of the company is through me. I can relay any messages you have regarding your investor concerns. They will read my emails and I speak with them on a daily basis.

4: What measures are being taken to increase the exposure and the value of the pps?
More press releases, using some Promoters to help promote/adverstise the stock.

5: What did it cost for M&M exercise and the new store opening, will this be released in a PR?
I don't know the exact cost but when financials come out they will be posted on the www.pinksheets.com.
They will have I M&M Exercise (subsiderary of Planet Nutrition) financials listed there. If they want to disclose what they spent publically they will release it through a press release. It is totally up to them if they want disclose that or not

6: Are their any plans to increase the amount of information released from the company?
Regarding any future questions: I can not disclose any information about the future of the company due to the fact of disclosure laws (insider trading).
