Dont know possible they want to make a buy over from competitors company and give them shares to buy the company over .
At this time it can be for a lot of things good or bad .

good = acquisition
bad = dilution

At this time the company dont officialy informed shareholders about the reason of the increase of the A/S and O/S .

So we simply dont know but this is a very bad mentality to not communicate with shareholders .
