THE REASON FOR THE QUESTION WAS:

An attempt to help some Folks learn how to dig for Info. if for no other reason than to practice for future use.
If you will look at the WellTek Website (binsleep posted the URL fri. afternoon) with the eyes of someone who is just trying to gather info. about their Stock (use the Investor Relations Tab) then Dig around a bit in the Links (I found the Frequently Asked Questions Link very interesting).

#8 I am a potential WellTek Incorporated Shareholder? How may I receive an Investor Kit?
If you own the Stock already they will send you a Kit via Email and it is full of Company info. including all the stuff Laptop posted tonight plus OS number and how many Private Placement Shares Available at what price per share.

I figured that somebody besides me would take the time to check this all out and maybe start Posting on it, Frankly on the surface it make things look very Bad for us if you were in NVLR for the Record Bussiness. But if you were in NVLR for TriMark, I don't believe WellTek got any part of that.
So while it was a good exercise in gathering info. it didn't answer the Questions about TriMark. I figured why stir up the crap and cause a stink for the Weekend with something that doesn't answer the TriMark Questions!
