I agree- they don't "buy back" anything if they retire the "unsold restricted shares". That could mean alot more to the share value (buying back shares from the float and retiring them). Retiring of the non-floated, restricted shares could just be an attention getting ploy since there is nothing what so ever to stop them from adding more again if the time comes they want to do that. Arizona companies don't need shareholder approval for this kind of game.
