Could a court order eventually force NVEI to "level" with shareholders? Do any of you shareholders really feel like you have been told the complete truth about your investment? Aren't there some kind of SEC requirements that companies must tell their shareholders the truth or face serious conseqenses? Isn't that a function of the SEC to protect shareholders from fraudulant practices? If so, I really wonder if NVEI is on the SEC's "radar screen".
