Just another sign that things are unraveling for MB IMO. Here is another sign IMO.

"There are still some outstanding land use issues concerning easements the project needs, and this needs to be finalized so we can receive a satisfactory title commitment prior to closing."

Just one more excuse in a long line of many IMO.

It would not surprise me to see HH release a public statement at some point stating that they no longer have any ties to Laidlaw. I say this only because MB has been careful not to mention them recently and the assumptions that they are still involved with LLEG might be cause for concern for HH. Of course this is all speculation on my part. But then again I have been more right then wrong when it comes to guessing what will happen next concerning LLEG.

I just wish NAD would give up on them also and finally finish the job they started 2 years ago. Thank goodness for visionary city leaders who saw through Laidlaw long ago!
