no Idea why he would be buying 10 million right now.

I wouldn't be buying unless I knew what was going on with the company, the 504 was done, Goeree didnt have anymore shares to sell, and a probably a few more items on a list..

10 million isnt really flippable so he's either real smart or really not smart.

Since you mention he is Vietnamese i am supposing that is some sort of hint.
