Which should be around the end of the year, the companies on track to be debt free by years end, which means the debentures should be gone by then. Then the company can pursue other options such as share buy backs, reverse splits, and conventional financing if needed to fund additional growth. Of course if the FEDS get their act together and don't take a year to finish their investigation, something could happen sooner and invalidate the CD's.
