This is the answer I got from TDameritrade when I told them about Island Stock Transfer:

Thank you for allowing me to assist you today. The Reorganization Department reports there is no official date for the new shares to be placed in your account. We cannot place the shares in your account until we receive them from the transfer agent. You can call the Reorganization Department at 1-888-723-8504 option 1 for an update next week. They are available Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CDT.
