"For the family" always makes me suspicious... What would have gotten me to buy in today would have been a PR that stated a "3 million share buyback would commence immediately, up to a pps level of .05, these shares will be retired from the float and not sold until the company reaches it's goal of a $1 pps".

What he PR'd today was nothing but nonsense in my experience.
