IMO, what usually happens after a month of tight consolidation is this will either break downward, via dilution (which is highly unlikely with new CEO) OR we are waiting for some significant development, i.e. acquisition and/or oil production update from scheduled rig (see last PR).. Either of which could send this to multiple pennies in short order.
