For those reasonable folks on the board, I would say that if I was in Keith's shoes and had to deal with such a critical bunch of I-Hubbers, I too would have a gagged TA.

Even though management has made it very clear that they are debt free and do not need to sell shares to pay the bills, imagine the outcry from some unreasonable folks each time the OS increased by 1000 shares because a vendor felt the shares were more valuable than cash. Even if the company value doubled in size and 10m shares were issued, there would be a mutiny on the board.

With this group, I believe Keith is making the right decision.
