I don't generally pay any attention to any candidates comments on taxes.

I don't necessarily agree that the "free lunch" is over in the mind of the electorate. The "free lunch" should have been over decades ago.

Since we're essentially on the hook for at least 75 trillion at the federal level alone I'd say that taxes will be going higher. The State, County and City situation is relatively speaking, just as dire.

I'll vote for McCain because he has put forth the most logical energy plan.
