Rules:
1.) No OTCBB or Pink Sheets stocks
2.) Only Stocks between $1.00 - $5.99
3.) Winner Will be determined by highest increase % on combined two stocks
4.) Post your two picks - No earlier 4:01 PM Friday EST - and no later than 8 AM on Monday EST
5.) Title all messages (posts) with "Contest Picks 3"
6.) Members can choose another stock already selected , however no one can have the same two. as someone else. First post first selection
