I am also going to hold no matter what happens. The money that I put into Laidlaw will stay there and I will continue to stay optimistic.

It's just a little unnerving when deadline after deadline is broken. I can understand that these things take time and careful negotiation and tweaking of contracts, but that should have been planned for before issuing any sort of timeline.
