WRONG! I was not hired for having contacts or anything of that nature. I do not run or control the information I can only make advisements and suggestions. What I will do is make sure when it comes out it complies with the fair disclosure law, which I was an advocate for passing. Again, I am the contractor performing a service to talk to investors, brokers, analysts etc. and I have to be a team player for those I work for, which is the company, just like an accountant, transfer agent etc.

One other flaw in your logic is the new Fair Disclosure Rule. All information has to come out to the whole world and not selectively.
