i've been an ERHC investor for several years, but can't afford nearly as many shares as some of you. i'm not concerned about drilling time or legal problems. But can soneone assure me that the following can't happen?
1. an investor buys majority interest in a publicly traded company (ERHC) with potentially valuable assets.
2. BOD decides to sell assets of undervalued company for market cap plus 10% (or 100% for that matter)
3. independent company (CHROME) buys assets.
4. original investors get current share value plus 10 or more % (not the 1000% or more gain most expect)
5. independent company owner sells assets after actual value is realized.
I'd sure like to know that there are international laws preventing this.
